The Die Hard Trilogy: Film No. 2

John McClane is charged with facing off against another group of bandits, this time in the locale of a snow-laden Washington Airport, when a South American criminal arrives in police custody, but not everyone wants him to be jailed.

Why we love it:

Die Hard 2 managed to escape the clutches of sequel doom and surprised us all by being a mega-hit. Not only was the flick a major Box Office hit, critics applauded Harlin's follow-up for not only matching up to its predecessor but for broadening its action-packed horizons.

Bruce Willis is able to get his teeth stuck into the role of John McClane once again, and at this point, we're fully invested with the politically-incorrect protagonist. Somewhat an anti-hero, it's the actor's central role that propels the sequel to success.

We are delighted to be partnering with Southampton Airport following the success of last year's Airplane! screening. This time around you'll be invited to take a mini-tour of the hangar before the film begins, bringing the setting of Die Hard 2 to life.
